“Lovely quality cards at great value. Helpful customer services, one of my cards was missing from my order but they sent it out same day when I called them. Very please with my free gift too .”

When I had to contact customer service due to an error on my order made by me It was resolved immediately and I was completely satisfied with the outcome . I would recommend Whistlefish to anyone .”

“Had an issue with the website - was asking to put in more than the 12 then charging full price. Took two emails as the first reply treated me like an idiot. Second one was better but there was a fault which would have liked acknowledged. I spend a huge amount with you every year so was a bit disappointed. However like your huge range of cards - sometimes takes too long to choose !! Could do with a few more age cards and some less flowery cards but generally excellent. Had a great card saying - just a tiny bit older - fun, elegant a little differenet. Looked the next week - gone! Delivery generally good but slower than many other online retailers - smaller business not the large ones”
