“I appreciate only dispatching parts when all are in stock but sometimes it would be nice to get what is available. I’m aware of postage implications. Maybe this could be an option on checkout.”

“Excellent customer experience, professional and knowledgeable staff who fully explained the topic and technology I was interested in including the options available. Ordering was straight forward and everything was in stock. Super go to store for all my needs. Reasonable costs for next day courier delivery available too, I opted for standard courier as I wasn't in a rush and it arrived within 3 days. Fully recommend this store for all your modelling needs.”

“A quick note to say thank you for letting us know when the items were to be dispatched, keeping the shocks and tank together as one package. My son had saved up for the Heng Long King Tiger so was looking forward its arrival, it did not disapoint.”

“Excellent service and price, ordered on a Friday arrived on the Sunday via DPD. Sadly DPD let the side down. Even though the email stated this cant be left in a safe place, the driver left it on the doorstep, where anyone passing could see it. In my DPD settings says if no one is home to leave at my neighbours. I have reported this to DPD.”
