“I certainly learnt a lot from my recent correspondence with Wheelspin Models, who showed great patience with, and understanding of, my situation. Turns out I'm using old radio equipment which can't be matched with the modern stuff, but they did offer a solution which won't cost me an arm and a leg! So many thanks for their support.”

“Very good website which is easy to navigate with a large inventory of models of all kinds and clear info regarding what is in stock. I am lucky that I live within a 25 minute drive from Wheelspin and therefore this is my go to site for my models. Helpful and courteous staff who will give advice if asked. I have no problem with any of my orders including times when I asked for a refund. I have compared prices and have found that Wheelspin are competitive with other suppliers and in some cases they are cheaper.”

“Ordered on a Saturday morning and got it the following day at 3pm, I did pay a little extra to have it expedited but I was still only expecting it to arrive on the Monday so I was well pleased it turned up the next day. Ordering was pretty straightforward with no problems so I have booked marked the website for future purchases. I can't really say anything about customer service yet or any problems with refunds or returns on this particular transaction as they don't really apply. All the hobby shops have closed down over the last couple of years in my area so I am having to buy gear from further away looking for good suppliers.”
