“It was my first time dealing Wheelspin, I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon with the order bing packed and ready for dispatch extremely quickly, the order arrived in NE Scotland on Thursday. The item was packed well and was spot on - unpacked and being enjoyed within minutes! I didnt need any support, help or advice on this order but I'd have no hesitation in reaching out for future orders.”

“I have received a first class service from Wheelspin models. The plane I ordered was despatched quickly and arrived with no problems. I then had a problem with some of the parts and Wheelspin were quick to offer to replace them free of charge and despatched them promptly. A very good experience and I'm happy to recommend them to others based on this.”

“My AeroScout was despatched almost immediately after I placed the order (on a Saturday) and arrived in Sussex on Tuesday lunchtime, so an impressive turnround time. The plane was in the air at the club field by teatime the day it arrived, working nicely!”

“Went into the store for some advice! Came out after buying a Kraton! And all I needed, still very happy, not only with my new purchase but with the exceptional help and advice from the staff ( Andy). Took the time to go through all my options and showing me what was available. Unfortunately had to wait for weather to test it out but if happiness is measured by the width of my smile, I am very very happy. Thanks to all at the store, to quote Arnie, I'll be back. Mick a happy man.”

“Only had one problem with Wheelspin which was a wrongly displayed picture of a Bigrock 6s body shell (which still hasn't been changed!) however my overall experience with them is 5 star as they are quick, reliable and have excellent customer service. This review is based on having placed many orders here and to only have one issue i think is excellent. Highly recommend Wheelspin.”
