“I cannot complain with the experience and staff at wheelspin very friendly informative and patient, always spare a moment with a good convo on RC tech and show and tell etc, very good customer service straight to the point. Always one of my go to RC stores when looking around or in need of anything 💯👍🏼”

“I needed some advice on LiPo batteries and chargers. The first member of staff I spoke with was really helpful and friendly and when I mentioned a specific charger I liked the look of, he passed me over to a colleague who had recently bought the same one. It was brilliant to get first-hand experience of the product and he cleared up a couple of questions I had very easily. The helpful and friendly nature of the staff was second to none and I highly recommend this company. I usually shop around for the best prices, but when you know a company treats their customers so well, it's worth paying a little bit more. And the icing on the cake? I didn't have to pay a penny more, since the prices were some of the best around! Win-win and hopefully a recipe for a successful business. Well done and thank you.”

“Well, for reasons best known to Royal Mail, 6 days after dispatch on a 48 hour service this item is currently showing as being in Chelmsford. Which is on the other side of the country to both the dispatch - and my - location. If you had put it in the same box as 1153858 desoatched on the same day it would have arrived last Saturday? You asked. 😎”
