“Excellent response to a (trivial) missing item from a low priced rc car bought from a Sale. Fast and friendly response to the email. And I always note how good the website is, especially the Spares section, which I think may be the best I have seen.”

“Put a big order in for upgrades with my ld3 wld of liked it all shipped as there was only one thing not in stock and holding the Biuld up and 24 instead of 48hr post wld be better apart from that great”

Ben and his team have always gone above and beyond for me and provided outstanding service every time. Not only this they have most items in stock and if its not in stock they can have it delivered to your door in 48hours providing suppliers have stock. There automated picking system is unreal which means they can never get your order wrong no matter how busy they are, Providing 100% customer satisfaction. Well done guys keep up the good work! “Top place to buy RC vehicles. I have used for over 9 years and have always come back for parts and vehicles. Without them, I would have a graveyard of damaged RC vehicles! The website is easy to use, there is a great selection of vehicles, spares, batteries and all of the associated parts and tools. Postage is very reasonable. The next day service works perfectly. The best thing about Wheelspin Models is the customer service. In store (definitely worth a visit), via email and on the telephone. Highly recommended.”

“Visited the store to buy an FTX Tracer for my nephews to beat on. Shop was absolutely jammed with customers but the staff still took time to answer a couple questions I had regarding spares/upgrades etc As for online purchases, the site is easy to navigate and the payment process is quick and simple. Full set of oil shocks now fitted. Overall 11/10!”
