“What makes Wheelspin so good is their communications with the customer. I've placed an order and been able to add to it with them emailing an additional invoice for the balance, or asking general advice. In both cases they've replied in a pretty quick time and helped make the purchase or decision making so much easier. A great addition is they show if stock is in their storage warehouse, as this means they have it but it may take a day or so longer. I've been in this hobby for 29 years and held a transmitter for 44 years. So I've a good idea what separates a good shop from a great one, and Wheelspins is definitely the latter.”

“Excellent service. I have used WHEELSPIN a few times now for spare parts for my Traxxas vehicles. I always collect in store as they are local to me and in stock items are available for collection the same day. I do believe they also offer a next day delivery service as well. Staff in the shop have always been friendly and more than happy to help with any queries. The best and most well stocked RC store in the Midlands area. Highly recommended”

“I have use Wheelspin Models many times, sometimes for big expensive orders and others for small bits and pieces or spares, Regardless their service has been exemplary, they really do want the customers experience to be a First Class one. The website is easy to navigate and I’ve always found the stock levels to be accurate, once ordered the goods again regardless of size are well protected to survive the riggers of shipping and are dispatched very quickly. As always Thank You for a Brilliant Service.”
