“You have been very good up until now. I ordered a part on Wednesday and payed £6.95 for next day delivery. I was unable to track my delivery as it said it wasn't available at this time. When it hadn't arrived by 7.00 o'clock I looked again to see a message saying it won't be delivered until tomorrow, Friday. As we are going away for the weekend in the morning and the postie don't come until the afternoon I won't have an rc car to use this weekend. Disappointed. A waste of £6.95 on no rc for the weekend!!”

“I submitted a query regarding replacing the battery and charger for my elderly Spectrum DX8 transmitter and received a promptl reply. From this I placed an order and received my new LiPo battery / charger which has rejuvenated my transmitter. Exellent service all round.”

“Further to my comments 2 days ago, I got my wires crossed. I would like to apologise to Ben Locke for the comments I made. Please ignore the hurtful things I said. Ben phoned me today and explained the situation which I now understand. I reiterate prices and speed of service and customer care are second to none. I will be buying some aircraft items in the near future from Wheelspin Models.”
