“I bought an Arrma Typhon and Wheelspin excelled in their customer service throughout. They answered a compatibility question before I bought it and did a price match on the same day too. They're efficient, professional and personable. My brother recommended them and I'll be sure to do the same, great company. Great selection of products too. “It's really hard to find a good honest retailer these days that deliver on their promises but I think I have with these guys. I bought an expensive (to me) radio controlled truck and wanted it if possible the following day. I sent them a question online and they was extremely quick to answer me. I ordered my truck just after midday, paid a little bit extra for next day delivery on the checkout section (about £3 I think) Got notified every step of the way. Delivery was arranged via dpd who I find super reliable. My new RC zombie truck was at my door at 09:30 am the following day. It was well packaged, no damage to the boxes it came in. The truck it shelf was already well boxed. Everything that should of came with it was there plus a lipo battery which was brilliant. Website is really nicely laid out and clearly priced as well as what's in stock and what's not and I ruff idea when it's likely to be back in stock. Found the prices very reasonable. I will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks for a very smooth transition. One happy 46 year old with his truck, wish I had one of these as a kid. Now me and my son can play together.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to WhhelspinModels for attending thoroughly to an intermittently faulty ESC on my boat. I sent it back to them using their trouble free no charge returns service and they tested it themselves having found no fault? They sent it for further testing and must have found that it was indeed faulty, a new one replacement has just arrived which works perfectly, excellent and attentive service and they really appreciate my custom. Thank You, Xhris Wicox.”

“I received a product damaged, i am not sure if it was shipping or something else, but it was brought up with them and they immediately offered replacements free of charge, very happy with the customer service, as well as other products shipped previously have worked flawlessly, very happy to use them again!”

“What a great team here, very helpful and knowledgeable, found the car I wanted cheaper elsewhere and it was no bother for them to price match it, delivery was very fast, had a text to say my parcel would be with me before 8am and sure enough 20 mins later it was here (before 8). Couldn't thank the team enough and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”

“Even though there was a lost shipment Wheelspin Models staff managed to send me a new one free of charge. They are true professionals. They were by my side with frequent messages in order to find the propel solution. Personally I believe that they are a great store. I hope to see more stores in the rest of Europe.”
