“It's not so much things going right that define a great company, it's more when they go wrong. I recently purchased an E-Flight 1500 Twin from Wheelspin Models and, completely as expected, it was despatched and received super quick and with no problem. That said, when I opened the box the model itself had damage to the engine cowlings on both wings, to an unacceptable level. I contacted Wheelspin and those guys could not have been more helpful - unlike E-Flights importers who were right on the edge of being rude! They arranged a pre-paid return and assisted me at every step, FANTASTIC service! Well done guys, keep it up”

“A great web site and always helpful. Latest gem with Order 1081495. I requested a prop. for an old Parkzone P51 using that part number. Now out of production, WS suggested a particular E Flite prop. Bingo. Exactly the same prop., just different packaging.”

“Really helpful bunch I struggle to communicate now so had to do it mainly via txt and they always answered my questions before I came In and brought my Kraton 6s which I’m over the moon with and I’m already looking at upgraded it with stuff so will be back in soon”

“Bought myself a new RC from these guys, and wow, arrived quickly, and can't fault the car. “I have no problems with Wheelspinmodels at all. However, the postage which was taken care of by Royal Mail. Was not very good at all. Royal mail said that my order would be delivered on Monday. I stayed in all day Monday it didn’t arrive. I tried to track it, but they said unable to connect to the server numerous times. I waited Tuesday still no show and and unable to track on the Royal mail app finally it came Wednesday and even though I was prepared to Wait a reasonable time, l feel that’s the tracking is a waste of time and waiting a week was not very good. Thank you, Steve.”

“The item I ordered was not immediately in stock, they agreed to change my order and deliver within 2 days so that I could have my order in time for the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Awesome customer service and great product at a very good price. I highly recommend them. I immediately repainted the model!”
