“Brilliant customer service! Ordered parts were on back order, and the Wheelspin team let me know straight away and then worked hard to get me what they could straight away. Outstanding items being chased up promptly with full communication. All the bigger companies could learn a bit here. Fair pricing and some good bundle deals too. Well done Wheelspin!”

“I really rate this company. Having been heavily involved in model car building and racing as a youngster, I quickly noticed a great deal has changed when looking to buy for my son. Best and most informative website I've came accross by far which has helped me to make an informed purchase with confidence. Quick delivery of product, all assembled and as described. Very competitive price too. I'm very pleased and my son will be even more so on Christmas Day. Thanks guys 👍”

“I prefer a rocket for my sons xmas thinking I had ordered everything to get it flying. I received a call from a very friendly and helpful member of the team asking if I knew the limitation of my order. He then explained a couple of options. Offered to cancel the order for a cheaper BUT more beneficial product that would meet all my needs. I followed his advise and order arrived 3 days later. Awesome service.”

“Oh wow, did these lot deliver - both literally and figuratively! Fantastic knowledge at the pre-purchase stage, very helpful at the acutal ordering stage and the delivery.. the delivery! I ordered at 3.45pm where they'd already started picking and packing before I'd even paid, and it arrived by 10am the next morning. Cheaper than Amazon and far more human. And that delivery at only £3.45 extra, too! All companies should be like this. You rock :)”

“I’ve used this shop for the last few years and have always been overwhelmed by the first class level of service and product knowledge. Orders usually arrive by the stated time and on the occasions when I’ve ordered an out of stock item the delivery is still quicker than expected. 5 out of 5 boys, keep it up. 😄”

“Brought a helicopter for £280 and opened box two weeks later to find missing control, battery and charger. Went to store to explain and was accused of selling the items on EBay, why anybody would say that is beyond me as surely you would say the helicopter was missing not the cheapest thing in the box. I have spent thousands in this store and the manager said this does not matter which surprises me as I always thought that customer loyalty was the life blood of any business. I was also told that the 30 day policy of returns only applied to internet sales, what a lie! I’ve never been so disappointed with a company or their attitude to customers I just hope people that spend a lot of money with them realise that they don’t give a dam about their customers or value the business that they are given.”
