“Not sure what to review as your courier driver couldn't be bothered to knock my door to deliver, instead lied saying he did. End result I had a refund because I had to go elsewhere for it as I needed it that weekend. A shame as your normally good. And you deducted the postage from the refund, so I paid for the problem to make matters worse”

“Ordered a battery and charger on a Friday night. I opted for the 24 hour delivery expecting it on Tuesday. The items were processed and dispatched on Saturday and arrived Sunday. Wasn't expecting that. Will definitely use you guys again.”

“Excellent communication, helped me with an order being processed that needed changing due to an unexpected outcome. I replaced the order and I'm getting next day delivery on a bank holiday weekend. What more could you ask for? I wouldn't go anywhere else online for RC parts!!! With a massive catalogue of searchable product list, why would you need too!”
