“I'm very happy with the excellent service I received from Wheelspin Models. I initially called to get advice on whether a certain battery would fit in the Umx Conscendo. I then asked if they would be prepared to price match with another store, which was agreed. Within moments of placing my order Rich emailed me details on the price match difference having being refunded to my credit card. The plane and batteries were well packaged and delivered on time. This whole positive experience reminded me of the kind of expertise and customer service that we once took for granted in well run shops from the past run by people with a genuine interest and knowledge of their products, but sadly rarely encountered in modern times. I will certainly be buying from you again should my wife allow the purchase of additional models. Many thanks team, Jamie”
