“Absolute disgrace. Taken the money for a new bait boat and the next day had a message from them saying out of stock. Won't be using this company ever again.”

“Used Wheelspin several times, every time spot on, great price and delivery options. Recently I had a warranty issue which the manufacturer refused to support however Wheelspin stepped up and resolved the issue, can't praise their customer service enough! 5*”

“Just got back into the hobby after 30 years. Had loads of questions about it. Given these guys were working shadow staff, they still took the time out to help me with what I needed by text. Ordered 3 cars on 3 different occasions and every one of them arrived within a 1 hour slot. Outstanding company. Just goes to show, if you take your time with customers, you reep the rewards. I've now ordered body shells, paint etc, next up is a Nitro, then a tamiya truck. Outstanding company.”

“I've used Wheelspin models on at least six occasions, directly and indirectly. I'm not really a big spender, I usually just purchase parts, and every time I have, I've had the same top notch service, with everything well packaged for item protection. With this level of customer service, I will continue to use them for as long as I have left in this world.”

“Bunch of legends. Ever so helpful. I had an order of a new truck and some accessories to find the Lipo bag was out of stock. Ben sorted it instantly and the order was sent the same day. Couldn’t be more helpful even though I’m a pain in the ar*e lol. Next day delivery is excellent, refunds never required as right parts first time and price.... it’s an expensive hobby but they do deals so the customer can save. 5 ⭐️ company.”

“Brilliant service. Purchased a re-release of the Tamiya Terra Scorcher. Arrived promptly and in great condition. Although when putting the car together it was missing 2 small damper mounts. Contacted wheelspin who have put 2 more in the post free of charge. Couldnt really ask for more!!!”
