“Orderd an fms futura 64mm last week it arrived and as I was setting it up I noticed an issue with one of the elevators this was on Sunday. Monday morning I called the store and mentioned the issue I was told to film the problem and send the video over so I did this Monday eve. Tuesday had a reply from Steve saying that the issue was being sorted. Got home from work on Wednesday to find the part I needed had been delivered. Absolutely stunned by the customer service best hobby company to deal with by a country mile. Will 100 % be using wheelspin again we have never had any issues with anything we have ordered top notch good work 👏”

“Morning, Have ordered a few things from Wheelspin, just bought a dual battery charger which arrived yesterday. Always had excellent service from the company, have also spoken personnelly to staff about orders via the telephone. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about items they have for sale.”

“It’s so nice to be able to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and really wants to serve you. My recent order for a volantex lipo and spare propellors took half the time they said it would.(my super cub 500 is still flying great over a year since they sent it. Very easy to deal with,I always recommend them to newbies at our Bournemouth flying field.”
