“I did initially have an issue with two tins of paint supplied. Which in fairness i got from the clearance section. The duty manager sorted this out, with no issues and within a few days I had two replacements! Many thanks.”

“I would recommend wheelspin models to anyone in the hobby or even starting out. I ordered some fuel from Amazon and that was a big mistake. I waited over 2 weeks for it to come and then they sent me the wrong one. I ordered from wheelspin on a Friday and they shipped same day and was at my door before 11am Monday morning. just so happened the amazon one come that day too. Also Wheelspin Models was cheaper by a long way. Note to myself and you reading this. Stick to the people that no there stuff and amazing customer service and keeping you updated. Thank you Wheelspin Models for your fast shipment and keeping me informed about the status of my order. Ill be ordering more bits for my savage and trophy but i may need to talk to you first. a***** seller in my eyes. Thanks again.”

“I pre-otdered the new 1/48 Tamiya F35-C. I paid the deposit, and when it was in stock I was informed. A problem with myself occurred, I was hospitalised and contacted Wheelspin, they were extremely helpful and when I was out of hospital and I was able to complete the transaction. They posted the kit to me. Great service, great people, great shop. Many thanks to all those involved. A++++++++++”
