“my main premise is that if I spend my money. I want to feel good about the experience and feel valued. I was never patronised by the staff.I’m a bit of a rookie pilot, but they were very helpful and polite. Best of all a friendly voice ! Great support with an issue I had. But resolved admirably! “Extremely friendly, efficient and trustworthy team! I made an order over the phone with little knowledge of the product and associated radio components and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I bought the correct items (not unnecessarily expensive ones!).
