“Morning,Well my opinion of wheelspin models is one of there staff needs customer service training because they don't know how to talk to people or it could be be me that is a old fashion bastard because i was bought up the right way but apart for this I think wheeldpin models are great the other members of staff are great,I think the warehouse staff need to know the difference between orange & red BUT WHEELSPIN GIVE GOOD ADVICE to idoits like me.”

“Really good website and an abundance of stock. Been using you for years. If you pay that extra next day delivery then the service is superb. Recently ordered £55 of spares at 2pm on a weekday and arrived lunchtime the next day. I was very pleased indeed”

“I have dealt with Wheelspin Models for many years. Now as my children have grown up it is the grandchildren that are now r/c hobbyists. The service is exactly the same, excellent. Whether I am just enquiring, buying an expensive model kit or a small spare part the staff in store and via phone are kind, considerate and knowledgeable. You can’t but that on line.”
