“Website and parts inventory very good, unfortunately let down by slow delivery. I placed an order on Sunday, it's now Thursday (pm) and still awaiting delivery. I remembered I needed an additional part on Monday, ordered from another supplier on Monday morning, and received it Wednesday afternoon. (Paid the same for delivery).”

Hi Neil, Thanks for the feedback. As I hope you know, we do carry a huge amount of stock but are still working on building up our stock on race spares. Looks like you ordered a couple of shadow stock items which delayed dispatch by 1 day (it shipped Tuesday instead of Monday as we'd expect with an order placed Sunday afternoon). Royal Mail then took 3 days instead of their usually "1 or 2", which hampered things a little further. I'm pleased to see it turned up Friday according to the tracking. Hopefully next time we'll see better service from Royal Mail (or you can always choose express delivery - in which case you'd have received next day). I can see you've ordered several times now and it looks like usually Royal Mail deliver a standard package to you within 48 hours, let's hope they get back to that standard for you :-) Happy RCing! “Very helpfull shop I wanted a new futaba transmitter so sent a email of to the shop as it was the evening and got a very quick reply the next morning as i was checking it was in stock so rang the next day to order and got it the very next day WOW great service I have to say and highly recomend them so polite and happy on the phone keep up the good work”

“Hi guys, Just wanted to thank you guys for the recent purchases i've made, i called not really knowing much about the hobby after being out of it for many years and Rich talked me through the options and excently advice needed to purchase the perfect RC car, so good i phoned a few days later and purchased another! “The service you get is outstanding, always polite and friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. The price of their products is very competitive and delivery is very quick. I've never had to return any product due to faulty or damaged parts. I placed an order and only one part was out of stock and the refund was back in my account the following day. All in all wheelspin is a fantastic company to order from and will continue to use them for all my project builds and repairs.”
