“Came quickly, free of charge and gave me some initial brands to investigate further regarding ASHP and hot tub sellers. Would have left a higher rating if the mag wasn't a year old meaning price quoted (guidance) was out of date! Found better information from talking direct with Hot Tub retailers found on internet, none of which featured in this magazine! Did receive a barrage of calls/contacts following receipt, have a simple rule to deal with these don't answer calls unless the number/name is one I recognise and if important they will leave a voice mail which these sellers didn't!”

“The guide is very valuable and I would have given it 5***** if it were not for the fact that since I received it I have been inundated with calls from mobile numbers, many actually warning me they may be spam calls. I have changed nothing else in my day to day living so can only put it down to having received this free guide. However, I can’t 100% be sure and that’s why I apologise if I have got it wrong! We will be buying a Spa but I have been inundated with phone calls. Usually 3 or even 4 a day! I have not answered any as we are currently abroad.”

“I spoke with the good people at WhatSpa who gave me some really good information on hot tubs. Being quite new to the hot tub world I wanted independent people to advise. I had about 6 in mind but then narrowed down to 2. I went with gut instinct after speaking with Mark at Jacuzzi Manchester who was not a typical pushy salesman quite the opposite. I went with the Jacuzzi J-435 Thank you both WhatSpa and Jacuzzi”

“Hard copy took ten days to arrive. Did most of my reading with digital version(very good). Very good guides on what to consider before purchasing. Slightly disappointed with comparison section. No Hotsprings compared, surprising as they are a major luxury brand. After speaking to a Hotsprings manager; I was informed that the comparison section is made up of fee paying brands. So the consumer is not getting a balanced impartial review if the Brand don't participate. (Disappointing) Apart from this: Very good”
