“The guide is very valuable and I would have given it 5***** if it were not for the fact that since I received it I have been inundated with calls from mobile numbers, many actually warning me they may be spam calls. I have changed nothing else in my day to day living so can only put it down to having received this free guide. However, I can’t 100% be sure and that’s why I apologise if I have got it wrong! We will be buying a Spa but I have been inundated with phone calls. Usually 3 or even 4 a day! I have not answered any as we are currently abroad.”

“Hard copy took ten days to arrive. Did most of my reading with digital version(very good). Very good guides on what to consider before purchasing. Slightly disappointed with comparison section. No Hotsprings compared, surprising as they are a major luxury brand. After speaking to a Hotsprings manager; I was informed that the comparison section is made up of fee paying brands. So the consumer is not getting a balanced impartial review if the Brand don't participate. (Disappointing) Apart from this: Very good”

“Great magazine with lots of the work done for you. The only thing I’d like to see from the magazine is in-depth comparison into the different manufacturers efficiency costs. Now I’m very good at finding things on the internet but I am yet to find an article that shows the most efficient hot tubs in the world and with the energy market this must be a top consideration for new buyers. Seen that Riptide and Hydropool are good efficiency but even they don’t sell the point enough. Are they the most efficient? Come on Whatspa, must be an article to write in depth very soon.”
