“I have had three procedures with Mr Kolli,bilateral cataract surgery, limbal relaxing incisions and yag laser capsulotomy. I would consider myself an extremely nervous patient, however from the moment I met Mr Kolli, he made me feel very much at ease. His patient care is absolutely outstanding. I cannot thank him enough for outcome of these procedures,they have been totally life changing. Definitely 100 % platinum care.”

“Dr Nishikawa was recommended to me and I had my breast enlargement done a year ago. Best decision ever. The whole day ran like a military operation as COVID restrictions were in place, and I was home in my own bed within 4 hours. The nurses and everyone there made me feel so comfortable and were so friendly. Anja was so helpful and lovely throughout. Aftercare was the biggest issue for me when doing my research and they've been brilliant. If I've had any concerns at any point throughout the last year I've been able to call the hospital and get a call back from a nurse same day. The surgery went smoothly and recovery time was minimal with minimal scarring. Highly recommend Dr Nishikawa!”

“I had both my lower wisdom teeth removed (on 2 separate occasions) I was seen by Mr Evans and his lovely assistant. Mr Evans was absolutely fantastic, made me feel calm and relaxed about the procedure and he was a genuinely lovely chap. The procedure was done within no time at all and without problem. I would highly recommend Mr Evans and his team at the Westbourne Centre”

“I have used the Westbourne Centre on a number of occasions for minor surgery and have always found the doctors,nurses and staff generally to be efficient,professional,caring and friendly.I would not hesitate to reccommend the Centre.”

“It’s been 12 weeks since my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. Mr Nishikawa and his PA, Anja, did everything possible to ensure everything went smoothly leading up to the date. The whole team were very professional and I always felt in such safe hands which was so reassuring.”

“The reception staff were warm and welcoming. The procedure, which had been previously explained, was done quickly and carefully by Mr Marsh and his colleagues, for which I thank them. I would obviously recommend the clinic to anyone. Thanks again.”

“Thank you to everyone at the Westbourne Centre for making a quite frightening experience manageable. I was under both Dr Martin-Claveijo and Mr Nishikawa’s care, both made me feel so comfortable and I knew I was in great hands throughout. The surgery with Mr Nishikawa was very complicated and handled with total professionalism and precision. A special call out to the wonderful Cheryl who held my hand throughout the full two hour procedure, I’ll never forget her genuine kindness. A five star review from me, thank you all!”

“I can't rate this place highly enough. From beginning to end the whole experience has been fantastic. I had a difficult wisdom tooth removed by Mr Martin who kept me fully informed through out the procedure but most importantly he made it pain free! The nurse who assisted was caring and very kind. Aftercare was explained and a follow up call to make sure I was ok was gratefully received. I must say a huge thanks goes to Carly who arranged all the appointments and got my initial appt and surgery all done within a week, amazing! Thank you all.”

“I was very nervous ahead of my extraction, but the brilliant Mr Martin put me at ease, talking me through each and every step of the process. His professionalism and experience had me out of the chair in less than 15 minutes! I’m not a fan of the dentist but thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Thank you”

“After being turned away from many private hospitals, i was delighted to be seen by Mr Manu who was nothing but positive about my treatment. Mr Manu advised me on what i had and what the procedure was going forward. On the day of my operation, i was super nervous but was made to feel at ease from the moment i stepped through the door. Mr Manu and his team were very attentive and asked on a number of occasions if i was ok. Without a doubt, i would recommend Westbourne to anyone who is looking for treatment. Great service, friendly staff and an amazing experience. THANK YOU!”

“From start to finish, the staff at The Westbourne Centre have been professional, caring and gone “above and beyond” for every aspect of my treatment journey. Dr Nishikawa and his team have showcased their knowledge and expertise and I have now have a fantastic cosmetic result. “I was referred to Westbourne for a scar revision and a removal of a lipoma. I saw Dr Nishikawa and I can't praise him enough. He was absolutely amazing, he took great care of me and I recommend him to anyone. His secretary Anja has been so helpful and easy to contact through out my time with the centre. All the staff at Westbourne have been respectful, professional, warm and welcoming. Couldn't be happier with the results of my procedures. Thank you Dr Nishikawa and the Westbourne team for everything.”

“Having finally decided to seek treatment to alter the shape of my nose, I booked an initial consultation with Mr Nishikawa. After explaining my concerns, which essentially were very much based on my side profile, Mr Nishikawa went through my options. Throughout the whole consultation he was extremely honest about what he felt could be achieved and what couldn’t. I never felt like he tried to ‘sell’ me the surgery at any point. If anything, he told me I would be perfectly fine without any surgery. At the very end of my consultation, I remember he told me to take my time thinking about my options and to book in with other consultants to get a variety of opinions. Yet I walked out of my consultation thinking if I was to ever have a rhinoplasty then Mr Nishikawa would be the only surgeon I let near me to do that. His honesty throughout the whole consultation put me at ease. I had very limited time available to book my rhinoplasty due to other life commitments. Mr Nishikawa’s PA, Anja Smith, was fantastic. She worked around me to find theatre availability and made the whole process extremely simple. I could not recommend her enough. On the day of my surgery I was so nervous. I had never had any sort of surgery before and working in healthcare meant I was very aware of what would be happening. The whole theatre team at Westbourne were excellent and I never expected it to be as smooth sailing as it was. After my surgery, Mr Nishikawa and Anja were always on hand and fantastic throughout my whole post-op recovery period. Mr Nishikawa’s attentive nature was reassuring throughout. Not only has Mr Nishikawa changed my life so significantly with the fantastic outcome of my rhinoplasty, but he has also instilled in me what it takes to be a great clinician. Thank you for everything you have done for me, Mr Nishikawa and team. I could not recommend them enough.”
