“I have recently undergone a Umbilical Hernia repair at the Hospital. The Surgeon Mr Khaira who carried out the repair for my Hernia has done an amazing job! My belly button looks brand new I cant believe it, so happy. The staff were all lovely too and very welcoming. Thank-you Mr Khaira for your help.”

“I went to the Westbourne centre with what I thought was a cold sore that wouldn’t heal when Mr Hiroshi Nishikawa checked me out he found it was cancer and drew me a picture of what he would do.He needed to take away a large portion of my lip remodel it and stitch me up. I was so scared I was given a date and attended the centre and had my operation. I only had a local anesthetic and throughout the operation he talked to me and made me feel comfortable. I cannot express how grateful I am and I’m so happy with the outcome. Dr Hiroshi Nishikawa called me the next day to see how I was doing also Anja his sectetary checked that everything was ok too.I found all the theatre staff so supportive and caring. I cannot express how amazing this centre is.”

“I had my nose tip lifted and reduced. I was very self conscious of it and had the procedure done by Mr Mehboob Ali. He did a absolutely amazing job! During the consultation he was open and honest and explained how the procedure would be carried out. It was done in 45mins under sedation and local anaesthetic. My nose looks absolutely amazing and I've had so many complements about how natural it looks and I highly recommend using him! I have also had previous procedures with him and everytime I have not been disappointed. Thankyou for doing a fantastic job Mr Ali and the team on the day was amazing to!”

“I would like to thank The Westbourne Centre staff and particularly Dr.M.Evans. I had my wisdom tooth extraction on Fri, 16 Apr. It’s my first year in the UK. English is not my first language, besides I’m a breastfeeding Mum. Being unwell, when you are far away from your home is twice difficult. Was worried a lot about my upcoming surgery. Deep inside I was ready for the most dramatic scenario with cuts, stitches, drills, etc. Dr.Evans is a very friendly person; he explained all procedure in details; clearly answered to all my questions. He didn’t hide some of his worries about my tooth and potential complications, which could appear. I think it’s a right thing to do. To summarise my review I will say that my tooth extraction took about 20 minutes, including the time for anesthesia. No pain at all! I’m overwhelmed by Dr.Evans’ proffessionalism! He is a real Magician. The nurse, who assisted him, was also very carring and compassionate lady. My special thanks goes to a receptionist lady, who was always friendly and very helpful. Definitely will highly recommend The Westbourne medical centre. Thanks a lot, Best wishes Dina”

“I had my breast implant removing and implant replacement not long after that and I am very happy with my results ..I had my treatment under Dr H Nishkawa and trust me he is the best surgeon and the team was great and friendly I would recommend Westbourne centre to anyone whose looking to get their treatment done...you can trust with your eyes closed..thank you so much Dr H Nishkawa and team for looking after me”

“I was referred by my dentist to have an extraction at the Westbourne Centre. I was invited in for a consultation with the dentist. During this visit I had x-rays carried out by Chloe who was very welcoming and explained the process clearly. I saw Mr Monaghan who explained the procedure. I was invited back two weeks later to have the tooth removed. Mr Monaghan was great, put me at ease and spoke to me throughout the extraction. Kianna his assistant explained everything clearly post extraction, so all in all I had a great experience and would highly recommend. Thankyou very much.”

“I would highly recommend the Westbourne center after having treatment there on the 1st of September 2023, I was made to feel so calm, comfortable and stress free from start to finish by all staff and in particular by Mr Attard who extracted my wisdom tooth. I would highly recommend the Center and my Dentist Mr Attard x”

“Absolutely amazing experience with the Westbourne Centre. Everyone was so kind and supportive through my treatment, from the receptionists to the nurses and consultants. “I recently had breast reduction, Dr Nishikawa was amazing! Not only an excellent surgeon, he is also understanding, kind with a great sense of humour! He helped to calm my anxiety around having surgery and was always there to offer support and advice. I am very happy with the work Dr Nishikawa has done, he is a fantastic surgeon. I also want to point out that the nursing staff that dealt with me were the best, in particular Alison, she is true professional! Thank you Westbourne!”

“I was referred to the Westbourne Centre by my dentist following a troublesome upper back tooth that had been causing me problems for some months and was susceptible to infection. The tooth was recently extracted by Consultant Mr Tim Martin ably assisted by nurse Gaynor. A big thank you to them both for their kindness and understanding and for a painless experience. I wasn't looking forward to my visit but my concerns were unfounded. Thank you again.”

“I cannot recommend enough Dr Nishikawa, he’s an excellent surgeon, extremely professional and ethical, very empathetic towards his patients with whom he establishes a sincere and trustworthy relationship. Dr Nishikawa is capable of fully understanding his patients' needs in all their intricacy and gives the correct advice to them, providing all the relevant information to enable his patients to make an informed decision. He also has a lovely sense of humour. I am extremely satisfied with the job he has done for me. I thank you immensely for all he’s done for me.”

“Mr Hiroshi Nishikawa is an excellent, confident surgeon who knows exactly what you need. I had a face lift, with facial fat graft, which I am very happy with and he said he will do a further facial fat graft free of charge if I needed it. I did require a further graft which he duly completed free of charge. Customer services is excellent as are the team of professional nursing staff. I would highly recommend Mr Nishikawa.”

“Excellent service. Mr Monaghan removed my wisdom tooth with care and without any pain. It was all over so quickly. I was kept informed of everything by both Mr Monaghan and the nurse. It couldn't have gone better. Would definitely recommend.”

“brilliant group of people here at the westbourne i had a papilloma removed from my groin area no problems at all on the saturday 29-10-2022 very happy hopefully i won,t be back soon but i know if i have too i will be really looked after well top class all round great team and great surgeon mr mangta manu a merry xmas to you all keep up the great work you do best wishes for 2023 john delaney & family”

“Never felt so comfortable in my life, from my first consultation to my discharge, I walked into a parallel universe, from reception to and thru the end of treatment. Thank-you Mr Attardi and mattia for giving me the best dental experience ever, two teeth extracted and was so pleased mr attardi gave me his secret code, thumbs up for ok and hand out to stop, it was thumbs up all the way, no pain anxiety disappeared I was in heaven, once again many thanks Mr Attard and Mattia you are both super human beings, as an NHS patient I’ve been so lucky and wish my fellow citizens had this same luxury. Westbourne centre is state of the art for care and well being wish all of you the very best. Mr Attard that code is great as you said you can’t speak with instruments in your mouth 😊🤗👌”

“Having finally decided to seek treatment to alter the shape of my nose, I booked an initial consultation with Mr Nishikawa. After explaining my concerns, which essentially were very much based on my side profile, Mr Nishikawa went through my options. Throughout the whole consultation he was extremely honest about what he felt could be achieved and what couldn’t. I never felt like he tried to ‘sell’ me the surgery at any point. If anything, he told me I would be perfectly fine without any surgery. At the very end of my consultation, I remember he told me to take my time thinking about my options and to book in with other consultants to get a variety of opinions. Yet I walked out of my consultation thinking if I was to ever have a rhinoplasty then Mr Nishikawa would be the only surgeon I let near me to do that. His honesty throughout the whole consultation put me at ease. I had very limited time available to book my rhinoplasty due to other life commitments. Mr Nishikawa’s PA, Anja Smith, was fantastic. She worked around me to find theatre availability and made the whole process extremely simple. I could not recommend her enough. On the day of my surgery I was so nervous. I had never had any sort of surgery before and working in healthcare meant I was very aware of what would be happening. The whole theatre team at Westbourne were excellent and I never expected it to be as smooth sailing as it was. After my surgery, Mr Nishikawa and Anja were always on hand and fantastic throughout my whole post-op recovery period. Mr Nishikawa’s attentive nature was reassuring throughout. Not only has Mr Nishikawa changed my life so significantly with the fantastic outcome of my rhinoplasty, but he has also instilled in me what it takes to be a great clinician. Thank you for everything you have done for me, Mr Nishikawa and team. I could not recommend them enough.”
