“couldn’t be happier with my three-man sauna—honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The build quality is absolutely excellent, and you can really tell it’s been made with care and attention to detail. The service I received was just as impressive—professional, friendly, and seamless from start to finish. It’s clear this is a great family-run business that genuinely cares about its customers. This is actually the second time I’ve bought through Welsh Hot Tubs, and once again they’ve exceeded my expectations. I use my sauna around five times a week now, and it’s become a huge part of my routine—I absolutely love it. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Absolute 4 they managed to get it to us and set up just before Xmas. After using it for couple of months it could really being placed on a stand of some kind as we can’t fix the special tap connector as it’s too low to the floor.”

“Very sound advice given at the showroom, guided us through the options available, and promised very fast delivery & installation. A couple of days later the hot tub was delivered on time, the guys worked through atrocious weather to complete the installation. Then took the time to walk us through the operating instructions. Everybody we met was a real credit to the company”

“I bought an air source heat pump from Welsh Hot Tubs this year to heat a swim spa I bought from them a few years ago. The saving in energy cost is between 60 to 70% and with this air source heat pump, we do not need to switch the pool on and off to save energy which was very inconvenient due to the long time it used to take to reheat the pool and was still expensive. Very pleased with the performance and the savings.”
