“The service we have received from Welsh Hot Tubs has been outstanding. After a malfunction on the tub with guests due to arrive. A quick phone call and a video link followed by a prompt call out sorted the situation. Another good reason to buy from a reputable company with great after service. Thank you.”

“Just had my first annual service on my Marquis Hot Tub and felt compelled to write a review. The service was carried out by Ben who was exceptional, he was polite and friendly, gave me lots of advice and was very thorough in his service, nothing was too much trouble. Also need to mention Niall too in the office who guided me through the options on the service and gave terrific advice. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.”

“From start to finish we must say how impressed we were with Welsh Hot Tubs... Steve gave all the information we needed and asked for. The installation team were, very quick and a joy to have on-site!! Although our swim spa was a bit more money than some other quotes, we suspect that there's no comparison in the quality of the product and the expertise we experienced. “A great company to deal with even when things go wrong. We would still give them 5 stars even though our spa had to be returned as faulty as they handled it very professionally throughout. Great care is taken with your property and attention to detail is paramount. Unfortunately they were let down by the product on this occasion.”
