“Whilst being a good customer and sending friends to buy their tubs from you I was extremely disappointed to be charged £520 to move my hot tub 3 feet for building work. Whilst I appreciate 2 staff came to do the work, in took 20 mins tops and you charged for 3 hours, 2 for travelling time. Not good PR. Everyone was astounded. We moved it back ourselves on a dolly from Amazon£40”
