“I phoned quite a few of hot tubs sales and i so glad i when with Welsh hot tubs. Welsh hot tubs have been amazing from first phone call i made to enquirer about what hot tubs they can offer to the delivery and install. The sales team have been so helpful and the delivery and install team were very helpful. The hot tub itself looks amazing and running relay well. I would 100% recommend welsh hot tubs.”

“Fantastic service. From the initial look around the showroom to the purchase to the delivery and instalment, every step of the way was first class service. The communication inbetween ordering and delivery was excellent- nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service, plenty of stock to choose from, knowledgable advice and quick delivery. We highly recommend a visit to Welsh Hot Tubs.”

“We had a very smooth buying and installation experience. Luckily, we had been in regular communication with Welsh Hot Tubs prior to delivery to ensure all preparation had been done (location prep, electrical, availability of water, dimensions for access etc). All running details (and there is a lot to digest) were explained at a patient pace by the technician. I also feel confident that if I'm stuck, unsure or need help, this is only a phone call away. Purchasing a hot tub is a big investment, I'm glad we didn't cut corners or try to be clever by buying second hand or budget models. There is a lot you can get wrong with a little knowledge in this market. I can't fault Welsh Hot Tubs, thank you very much.”
