“From my first booking with you, I did not have to worry about whether I had somewhere to stay during the whole year I was based in Manchester. When difficulties arose with availability, I felt confident to leave it in your hands and it was always sorted. Conversely, cancellations when needed, were dealt with well too. Always efficient and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend you to colleagues.”

“After looking online for good deals and paying what I thought was good prices I was given a job in Slough and was struggling to find accommodation within my budget I came across CAS and was a bit sceptical they said they could get me a twin room with breakfast and wifi and parking for £63 pn .. that came massively lower in price than anything I had seen the hotel was top class and I will continue to use there expert support in the future.”

“A first class service with first class results. Unrivalled capacity to deliver accommodation to high spec tailor made for individual contractor requirements, with a commendable degree of diplomacy and high professional curtesy. “I have been extremely impressed with the proficient response that I receive from CAS in obtaining good accommodation at very low prices. I have also requested, at short notice, for bookings to be amended to cater for favourable offers & packages. All re-bookings have been dealt with promptly and leave me free to deal with my work. As a Contractor branching out into new areas of Technical Consultancy, I was very pleased to be advised by a colleague with a recommendation for CAS. Excellent Service at a Professional Standard.”

“I had just got a job in Manchester for 6 months and CAS was recommended to me and they have taken one stress off my hands, they are extremely efficient, even when it comes to changing my bookings or just looking around for the most suitable accommodation. “CAS sorted out my accommodation needs completely for me with no fuss and at a great rate too! They were very quick and professional and very informative with everything in the area I needed for living away from home and working away. “I was passed the details of CAS from a colleague and thought it may be worth a try, one of the best decisions I have ever made! From the outset CAS understood what I was looking for. The service they provide is highly professional and efficient. As a contractor I spend a lot of time working away from home and a lot of hours at work, this is in addition to managing my own business, CAS have removed the added effort of continually looking for and booking hotels. They have negotiated better rates than I could, arranged block bookings and periodically check that everything is ok with the hotels I use, I have been using CAS for almost 12 months without a single problem On a rare occasion when the service from the hotel fell short I mentioned it to CAS. Next time I checked in to the same hotel I found that CAS had been in contact and I was assured by the hotel that the minor issue I faced would not be repeated, this was done without me asking and I have never had a problem since. I have passed the details of CAS to many colleagues, none of them hesitate to use CAS whenever they require accommodation and I am sure they would echo my comments. I have been asked by CAS what they could improve as they are always take customer service seriously. After much consideration I have thought of nothing, only to say please keep up the level of service you currently provide as I am sure you will continue to grow Highly recommended, maybe CAS could pass on some of their expertise to other ‘Service’ organisations!”

“I first used your services several years ago when you arranged my accommodation in Bristol. You got me a very good deal with a hotel near where I worked. When I found myself about to work away from home again I had no hesitation but to contact you once more to find suitable accommodation. Once again you negotiated a good deal with a very convenient hotel in Cardiff. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for accommodation at a good price without any hassle”

“CAS take all of the stress of searching for accommodation when you need it most. Starting a new contract can be stressful particularly factoring in searching for accommodation that meets your needs. A quick phone call to CAS to discuss your requirements and they do all of the leg work and come back to you with various options and costs. They then manage the bookings and cancellations. You get to speak to someone with a smile and any amendments are clearly set out in an email confirmation. I highly recommend CAS, they go the extra mile.”

“Having secured my first interim position some 250 miles from home, I needed good accommodation at an affordable price, and only had two days to do it! CAS where recommended to me and how pleased I was to find them. From the very first call to securing my hotel the service was personal, professional and absolutely hassle free - exactly what I needed. “Just a single phone call was all it took to secure me a reasonable standard of accommodation, within my budget and to my requirements. The rate CAS secured was also extremely flexible, so I don’t pay the hotel until I check out. This has saved me literally thousands as before I discovered CAS, I had to secure advance purchases to get the best deal. All the staff I have spoken in the 18 months I have been dealing with CAS have been very professional, knowledgeable and happy to assist, whether it has been extending my arrangement when my contract has been extended, or cancelling nights/weeks at fairly short notice when not required. CAS have been in regular contact with me throughout, ensuring that their service still meets my needs, which has saved me a great deal of time in not having to ring around for the best deal. I would not hesitate in recommending CAS to other contractors and will certainly be using them again when I move on from this position.”

“CAS were recommended to me at the start of a contract in Croydon; I wish I had found out about them sooner. They provide an excellent service, giving good rates and acting like a PA to sort out your accommodation. The shortest email notifying of a change of plan is all it takes to ensure that the message is relayed to the hotel. Over the course of a year in Croydon I estimate that I’ve saved in excess of £1,000 in hotel costs due to the deals that they are able to provide. I am immensely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.”
