“A very friendly and straight forward process. It consisted of an initial discussion over the phone explaining the condition of the caravan and agreeing a price in principal. We agreed on a time for inspection and an independent inspector came to us (at the exact time agreed) and went over the caravan. He talked me through the things he had found which where unfortunately quite serious and then he spoke with Danny at WBTC who called me back and we talk again about the price. The price offered was a lot less than I'd hoped for but the issues were proven in a completely transparent manner, the offer was fair and there was no pressure to accept. I decided to sell and I am happy with my decision.”

“Very Apprehensive about selling caravan, but the service was excellent. Danny was very reasuring over the phone and filled us with confidence. In less the 7 days it was sold. “We have just sold our Sterling Eccles SE, Quartz using WBTC. From first contact through to collection the process was simple and straightforward. Danny was able to give an instant quote over the phone and just a few days later Ben arrived to inspect and collect. “It was a sad time for us to sell our caravan. Due to ill-health it had become impossible to continue touring and, due to other pressing factors relating to age, we needed to effect a quick sale. We contacted WBTC and received an estimate very quickly. It was of course less than we may have achieved if we had waited and tried to sell next spring. We couldn't do that. We received a fair and balanced cash offer very quickly and within a couple of weeks the Company arranged to have a very nice man (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) to come to inspect the van. He did so and was very supportive, friendly and understanding of our circumstances. He phoned James the MD and said that all was well with the van. Within around 20 minutes the agreed amount was in my account and the deal was done. The took away the van without any concerns. If you need a quick sale with little hassle, I recommend this Company without reservation.”
