“it was very easy to deal with We buy touring caravans. The quote offered was confirmed, and documents were virtual. The valuer who attended was pleasant and very thorough, explaining what he was doing. The whole review took about 90 minutes and the process efficient.”

“From our first contact to completion of sale, staff were prompt to answer queries and all arrangements went to plan with regular telephone updates. Our caravan was inspected and we had no hesitation in agreeing the final sale price, we doubt if we would have got a fairer price had we gone elsewhere. The agreed amount went into our bank account immediately and we were given time to check that all monies had been transferred into our account before our caravan was taken by the driver. The whole process was stress free and we would happily recommend to friends.”

“Great service from start to finish, Danny is a nice chap to deal with and was straight up about everything all the way through. He explained everything and handled the payment to the finance company, the chap collecting the caravan did not leave until I was satisfied that everything was confirmed as paid, this was very reassuring. Recommended for a hassle free sale.”

“It was good to deal with a company that seems to make a real point of being polite, pleasant and fair. The two people with whom I spoke were very easy to deal with. The price I was offered and indeed the final amount were fair. So glad I found this company instead of going through the hassle of trying to sell privately, for not a great deal more. The convenience was worth the small difference.”

“Paid us £2600 for our caravan and advertised it 2 days later for £6995 in the same condition it left us. We called Danny, he assured us this was to allow for part exchange etc, and that the necessary repairs would be done before the sale was completed.”

Dear Client I will honour you wish to remain anonymous, and refer you to you as “Client”. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to write the comments. I felt I had explained the process during our lengthy conversation, but clearly this still is causing you concern. I will agree the caravan was advertised immediately. But with the Caveat, “waiting preparation” which is advised on every enquiry. When the Caravan was checked over, it fell far short of our expectations. And indeed, in need of significant repairs . One of the main cause for concern, was the smoke emitting from the electrical consumer unit. Just to confirm, the caravan will not be sold until the repairs are carried out to a satisfactory retail standard. I can only assume that you thought the figure advertised, would be secured without the works carried out. I’m sure now with reflection, you can see that this would be utterly unachievable. “Fast, reliable and polite. Super efficient and friendly. That is just a few words about Danny who made the first call and maintained the relationship. When the caravan was inspected etc (which was in storage in Wales, and driver arrived at exactly the estimated/agreed time) Danny called me for my bank details and within minutes, the money was in my bank.”

“A very straight forward transaction. I agreed a price and inspection date and time with Danny. The inspection team arrived at the time they said and carried out an inspection. “From start to finish very professional and explained the process fully. Unfortunately on the day they cam to collect David found a bit of damp in the front of our van, again he was very professional and explained all he was doing.
