“I wouldn’t normally bother leaving feedback however on this occasion I feel compelled to do so. From the initial enquiry and agreeing purchase figure with Danny and then Chris coming to collect the caravan fully compliant with Covid 19 regulations it was a smooth seamless transaction. …. “This was a seamless transaction. Dealing with James was a pleasure. The lovely couple that came to view and uplift the caravan (Alan and his partner) were so professional and courteous. It was like meeting old friends. Once we agreed a price with James the payment was made in literally minutes. Altogether a fantastic experience. If only all business was as pleasurable and easy. “Very professional service including initial valuation, check over by local technician at a time to suit myself. Despite areas of damp found in caravan, shown and rectification necessary explained by technician very well. Negotiation of revised price very amicable and instantly paid and within an hour caravan was off site and money in my bank. Can’t think of anything they could have done better, first time I’ve used this sort of service. Reccomended without hesitation . Thanks to Danny (Sales Director) & Darren ( Local Technician).”

“Had a fab experience with WeBuy Touring Caravans from first speaking to Danny and my caravan being collected today. Took just a few days from start to finish to arrange collection. It’s was a very difficult decision to let my caravan go after recently losing my dear husband but Danny made it stress free. The driver came gave the caravan a good look over. Rang the office back, Danny then called me back with no quibbles payed amount agreed straight into my bank account within minutes. Excellent service, if your looking to sell your caravan with little stress then I would recommend Danny and his team.”

“From first phone call to caravan pick up, We Buy Touring Caravans have been extremely professional, polite and helpful. At no point was there any pressure to sell. Filling out the online form was easy, taking just a few minutes, we then received a phone call a day later and were given a quote which we felt was a fair quote for the convenience of not having to privately sell our caravan. Danny explained the whole process about coming to pick up the van and that the price quoted to us already would stand on the day of pick up, they wouldn't knock us down on pick up day, after checks the payment would be made to our account and then the caravan towed away. This is just how it worked out. John who picked the van up was very polite and professional, and the handover happened just as we were told it would. If you are looking to sell your caravan and want to use this method we couldn't recommend We Buy Touring Caravans enough, a smooth, quick and simple process!”
