“Happy with the board and all the accessories they come with part of the package. All good quality. Only thing is the customer service which is a big let down. Could have a helpline number available than emailing and waiting 2 days for a reply. Customers are of course worried as not getting any information about delays and getting told different timescales or no timescale at all. Boards did arrive late than intended when pre ordered for specific date. But can look past it now as happy with the boards.”

“Love love love! Super fast and easy to inflate and deflate, the valve staying in place when deflating is a great feature. Good quality accessories. Suitable for solo and unintended family use - dog and child pirates! Quality and value unrivalled.”

“After extensive research as I’m new to SUP I chose to purchase a package from Wave. I found it only great value for money and a visually appealing board, but excellent customer service. On enquiring about dispatch and delivery I got a prompt and reassuring answer. Due to Brexit I’ve found it hard to receive some deliveries, but my board was received within a week of dispatch, and I was delighted to see other Wave boards at my local beach. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing from Wave in the future. Thank you for helping me to explore more of my world 🥰”

“Had a trial of a paddleboard while on a recent holiday. Loved it and thought it would be nice to get my own. After much searching online, I came across the Wave SUPs, and was impressed by what I saw. Ordered, was kept in the loop at all times, and delivery was efficient. A simple process and a great product! Really good quality and looking forward to trying it out!”

“Board arrived on time as per the updates from Wave. Can only speak as you find, but all my questions, messages and emails were responded to in a reasonable time and in a friendly and helpful manner. The 11' Tourer was bought as a family board and is great for our needs. Much better quality than expected and actually superior to the more expensive board it replaced. Gives decent support (not bending like an inflatable banana) and tracks/glides well. Kit that comes included seems decent quality too. Definitely looking at the Pro model when they come back into stock.”

“Although there was a slight delay on our board, it was worth the wait. Very appealing to the eye, the nicest I’ve seen in this price range! I’m a total beginner and the Tourer has been perfect for me & my partner. The bag it comes with is also very nice and the branded paddle too!”
