Board arrived on time as per the updates from Wave. Can only speak as you find, but all my questions, messages and emails were responded to in a reasonable time and in a friendly and helpful manner. The 11' Tourer was bought as a family board and is great for our needs. Much better quality than expected and actually superior to the more expensive board it replaced. Gives decent support (not bending like an inflatable banana) and tracks/glides well. Kit that comes included seems decent quality too. Definitely looking at the Pro model when they come back into stock.
