“I went for the Recon model. Very impressed with board quality and design. Nice and stable, great for loading up provisions and paddling to another location. Quite heavy to carry from place to place but probably not much different from other paddleboards? Overall, well worth it.”

“I bought the entry level cruiser package, and having used it a couple of times I love it! Ordering and delivery was easy and arrived really quickly! Only problem I have, and it’s my own fault really for not double checking, Is it didn’t come with bungee storage strap or d rings to attach a bungee strap too. Means I have nowhere to stow a dry bag with drink, phone etc Apart from that I recommend it no problem”

“I really wanted to make this a 5* review as im extremely impressed with the quality the price the look everything except 1 thing. ( I've asked them for a solution ) they basically told me to go buy one 🙄 actually would have happily bought one from you if you did it but apparently its something you didn't think about. So this Pro board comes with everything including a great seat so you can if you're old with a bad back and can't stand for hours on end use it as a kayak. But the pack does NOT include an extra paddle head to change it from a stand up sup paddle to a kayak paddle. This is something ( now I've looked ) that comes with a variety of other companies full everything you need pack products. So its obviously been thought about by others. Its a shame you had no solution other than try amazon. Whilst this is not something we currently stock as standard, this is something we are definitely looking into and I'm happy to say we are in the process of developing and testing this item for inclusion on our website in the future! I'm pleased to hear our Customer Care team could still direct you to some great third-party alternatives though! In regards to the other review you have mentioned, I have since completely removed the review (and the accompanying photo) from our website; I will also reach out to the reviewer in question to request they no longer use images they don't own in future. “The quality of the product is brilliant, cannot fault it. The delivery time was an issue and it arrived later than expected, on their website it was advertised as guaranteed delivery that week but it came much later. Good communication from Michael S at the company though.”

“A great board. Only used a few times but easy to inflate and seems good quality. Customer service a bit dubious as I emailed with a query and didn’t get a reply. Managed to solve the problem by watching you tube though! I’d still recommend overall though”

“Updated after returning from holiday. Fantastic board. Easy to set up. A little tricky learning to stand up on the sea, but only took a couple of days to get going. Took the nieces for a ride quite a few times and easily took the weight. Would definitely recommend for beginners. Very happy with my purchase. Now looking forward to getting out on the local lakes and rivers.”

“I ordered the tourer 11’ after the classic was out of stock. It arrived in good timing and have had no problems with it! Easy to clean down but does mark very easily (like most SUP). Love the vibrancy of the colour and the paddle is of good quality.”

“I brought the wave 11’ orange tourer board after the classics were out of stock and have found it be very easy to clean easy to pump up and have not had a problem with it! I’ve used it a few times now and hasn’t disappointed. The reason for the 4 stars are because it does mark easily even with a good clean but can easily hold two people securely! The whole family have wave boards the only thing I would say is the pumps that come with the classic are not the best but still do the job!”

“Happy with the board and all the accessories they come with part of the package. All good quality. Only thing is the customer service which is a big let down. Could have a helpline number available than emailing and waiting 2 days for a reply. Customers are of course worried as not getting any information about delays and getting told different timescales or no timescale at all. Boards did arrive late than intended when pre ordered for specific date. But can look past it now as happy with the boards.”
