Great looking product, the first one had a seam that allowed air to escape and the replacement board that was sent out under their warranty deal had a blister in the plastic that they reckon is only an aesthetic issue. Communication from them is very poor.

I'm not sure I have ever had to negatively review a company before but Wave SUP is the, unfortunate, exception. Bought a SUP which was great for a month then the seam completely went. Understandable there are defects but I have sent 4 emails, tried to call 4 times and had no response.

Unfortunately only one star for the fast delivery. The seams came loose after 8 months. 5 emails went unanswered. Now it is clarified by a lawyer.

Placed order 4th April. Expected on the 6th. Delayed by courier to the 7th. Waited in all day 8th for delivery and never arrived. Message from courier saying delivered and signed for by name not recognised. Still waiting on refund or replacement a month later and radio silence last 4 days from customer service.

Not 24 hour delivery like advertised. It took two days before they replied to a message. I emailed, phoned, messaged and live chat with nobody live chatting with out a reply.

Would not have ordered off this company ,if I had looked properly and seen that it was DPD delivering the item. I think you should look into "their" reviews and get yourself another courier company.

The third-party carrier DPD successfully delivers tens of thousands of parcels every single day across the entire U.K for both ourselves and other companies and they have one of the highest success rates also. Looking into your own order, it appears that this was dispatched from our own warehouse the very next morning after you placed your order. However, the third-party carrier ran into an unforeseen delay when your order was out for delivery - not to worry though, they re-attempt this the following day so I'm confident you will receive this very soon! I have tried contacting the enquires email address however now response. My fin is faulty, it takes 3 adults to push it on, it’s impossible. Please can you let me know how to have this resolved asap. I’m happy with the board other than this. Thank you

Appalled at service Ordered sup last week for a gift which had not arrived No reply to any e nails and office number called said closed even though website stayed open in opening hours Still awaiting a response Missed giving the gift now would not advise anyone using this company

Hi there Sharen, I've looked into this for you and can see your Sup is on Pre-Order. This means you have made the purchase and placed an order in advance of our warehouse receiving stock. The estimated delivery date is around September 1st - this delivery date is shown in the item name when selecting the board you chose. It's been 20 days since I placed my order and it still has not shipped yet! Meanwhile all negative reviews seem to get deleted or are being placed "under review". Let's see how long this one lasts...

Rest assured, there are several means of getting in touch with our Customer Care team directly, and these include Email, LiveChat, Social Media as well as a Callback Request Service. Our warehouse team also have an excellent rate of success with shipping orders and any missing parts for example are extremely rare and very few and far between; I do apologise if your own was one of those few affected though. In regards to your point regarding the reviews, invitations that allow verified customers to leave genuine comments are routinely sent out from an automated system used by Reviews.IO for both positive and negative feedback. We've had a previous board with Wave that has met requirements, but decided to get another one - Unfortunately the quality has been really poor, and the customer service team have been very hard to get hold of to rectify any issues - the automated servicebot is absolutely useless. Really disappointing as was hoping to take it on holiday with us but nothing has been resolved :(

They claim to do 2-3 day shipping but I have placed my order over 10 days ago and still do not even have a tracking code. Their customer service bot is horrible and the real customer agents don't respond.
