“Anabelle was an absolute delight to speak with over the phone she put you at ease immediately, explained what my accommodation offered, suggested things to help with my holiday comfort and enjoyment. Extremely helpful with contact numbers and requesting a discount regarding boat hire from an outside company. When I completed my booking I felt I had made a new friend and would be happy for Anabelle to pop over during my stay in the accommodation for a glass of wine & a chat ..... What an asset to the company, well done Anabelle!”

“Very easy to book with this company. Having made a booking request late one evening Charlotte gave me a call, and dropped me an email, by about 10 am the next morning. Unfortunately the booking I requested was unavailable for the dates I wanted but she had already looked for alternative venues nearby and also alternative dates at the original venue. Thanks for this and I made a booking for an alternative date. Charlotte was extremely helpful and polite and couldn't have done any more.”
