“Phoned 6 July to enquire about availability for 13 July and spoke to Charlotte. Phoned again 7 July to book and pay. Was dealt with very efficiently by Charlotte who was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Awaiting paperwork so ferry can be booked. Hoping our Waterside break is as impressive as the booking procedure.”

“Very good service, always worried about booking via internet, but not with waterside. The best thing was being given the owners own e-mail and phone number so that we could contact them direct. Gave us the confidence to book. Excellent and would definitely recommend. Thank you waterside.”
