“HAD AN EXCELLENT BOOKING EXPERIENCE. ALL STEPS WERE QUICK AND EASY. THE STAFF HAVE A FRIENDLY ATTITUDE. MY ONLY NEGATIVES WERE THE HIGH CHARGE FOR BOOKING BY CREDIT CARD AND THE FACT NO HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE THROUGH WATERSIDE BREAKS.”

Hi Carl - thank you for your review and comments. The majority of owners charge for credit cards from 1.5% to 2.5% dependent upon what they are charged by the credit card companies. This is common practice in the holiday business. Where there are no charges and there are quite a few who do not this is not charged at time of booking either. With regards to insurance many people now have their own travel insurance via their bank accounts and the demand for this service is now almost minimal. There are however many really good deals on line. We wish a you a great time at Deerfoot in the Norfolk Broads. All at Waterside Breaks.
