“From start to finish the booking process was easy. I decided to book over the telephone as I had a few questions. Tim who I spoke to was very knowledgable and professional and took me through the booking process with ease and gave me some information on the accomodation and site. Follow up emails from Waterside Breaks and Orion Holidays was swift. We look forward to our holiday with great anticipation now and we know we will not be dissappointed. An exceptional and professional service second to none”
