“Good friendly staff and knowledgable. The response to my online request was vague, stating I would be contacted to confirm my request. I never recived that call (no phone record of missed call) although Waterside said they tried to contact me. As a result the accommodation I'd booked was released, without me being informed, and had to accept 2nd choice accomodation. Only after I had initiated contact with Waterside Your people are good but your booking processes are extremely weak.”

Dear David, Many thanks for your review and valuable comments. We are sorry that your first lodge choice was booked for the dates that you wanted as these were popular dates. We handle every enquiry we receive straight away, holding the property and contacting each customer as quickly as possible, leaving messages if we are unable to speak directly. We are very sorry that in this instance that you did not get a call or message which concerns us as to where we had left a message (maybe we dialled an incorrect number?) but when we did not hear back the property was released after 24 hours due to it being the last one available. We wish you a lovely time at Lake Pochard in the Cotswolds and again we apologise for any mix up caused by our error. Regards Waterside Breaks

“Left my booking really late and booked on a Sunday to go away the following Friday. Monday morning had a call to say, that as my first choice was not available, could they suggest something else. Left it with Charlotte who found me 2 places to suit my requirements and we are here now in a stunning lodge, sitting out on the deck listening to the stream rippling by, in utter peace and tranquility...gorgeous!”

“The representatives who we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. They did their best to provide the cottages we wanted, despite many of them being already booked. We were found 2 cottages together, which was the best option as a larger cottage was not available. Very good explanations of the properties and the surrounding area.”
