“I used Google to search for Houseboats in Norfolk.The layout and descriptions on Waterside Breaks were clear and detailed.I made an online request for a Booking and received a telephone reply in a few hours.The representative was polite,cheerful and efficient. One small thing.The Email requesting this Review was sent correctly to my Surname.Woodard.But the Email message says Woodward.I have lost count of how many times this happens.Not a problem really.”

“I spoke to a young lady called Charlotte who was very friendly, very helpful and was more than happy to provide me with further information regarding the local area and on where I could hire a day boat at a discounted price...
