“The booking experience was very efficient. I made the initial reservation online late one evening, and had a phone call before 9.30am the next morning to sort out a few details and take my credit card details. Friendly, efficient and quick - perfect!”

“I found the Waterbreaks website a little confusing when it came to checking availability. When I phoned Annabel was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed to help with the booking. She even managed to find me the right configuration of accommodation which initially didn't seem to be available. Shortly afterwards I have Anice email from Hazel to confirm the details.”
