“Once I mounted the clasp I had already started the return procedure because the clasp was not comfortable on my wrist. But I was wrong because I had not mounted it well and closed it in the wrong way. Once I understood how it worked, the clasp no longer bothered my wrist. So I cancelled the return procedure. Now I no longer fear that my Hamilton might fall when I take it off my wrist.”

Hi Dario, really sorry to heat that you had difficultly with removing the RIOS1931 Dallas from your watch. The Dallas is fitted and removed like any other watch strap that uses traditional spring bars. Having a good quality spring bar tool is essential for this job.
