On the product page, you selected the strap width, length and buckle option with our descriptions detailing the widths at the watch end and buckle end as well as the thickness of each option. Hopefully we can help you out with the colour issue you faced also.

Guide says it fits wrists up to 7.25" - I'm 7" exactly so if anything it should be on the tighter side....

Thank you for your review Mike. You're right, the strap should be perfect for your wrist size. Going by the picture, you might be able to get a tighter fit if you move the watch around the strap a little more. We suggest that the hook and hardware be positioned as close to the middle of the underside of your wrist as possible. This makes taking the strap off and putting it on a lot easier as well. “Very prompt service so no complaints on that score. But the watch strap I bought came with no pins. There was nothing to indicate that this would be the case. Previous purchases did have pins built into the strap and I expected the same.

“Appreciate that the staff helps to connect the clasp with the leather strap but it scratches the leather strap due to the hard metal clasp which leaves a permanent mark.
Would be nice if they can add extra protection between the clasp/strap.”
“Everything is good. WO even has more info than original Hirsch website (tho, I suggest look both ways to have thorough understanding of the product you are buying).
One single complaint, tho, is that they charged me a bit too steep on the advance custom clearance service fee (from the DHL shipping option, and no, it's not the calculated custom itself but the supposedly fixed fee that DHL charge you for the service).
So, you may want to spend that 2 minutes and choose the option to pay the DHL yourself (I believe the difference lies in taking a precaution buffer for the change in exchange rate between calculating at check out and the actual clearance).”
