How about I leave you a review when I get my stuff I ordered on the 19/2/24 and still hasn’t arrived says sticker made on tracking I’ve sent email no reply I’ve phoned was told you’ll get back to me today and you haven’t done that either

Looking further into it, I can see we unfortunately had a surge in orders for service kits, which resulted in us running out of spark plugs quicker than expected. I am a disappointed customer. Item was delivered as photo evidence taken by courier but parcel was missing when I arrived home. Courier acknowledged my complaint but no response after numerous emails to Vudu. 🥺

We're experiencing some staff shortages currently which has meant our response time has not been up to our usual standards. They made me to pay an extra 25 pounds. It was there fault with the calculation.

Still waiting for my original order I placed with them some 6 weeks ago and have had to chase 3 times and still no sign of my items - Very disappointing

As you have purchased during a sale period, there's not much further discount we can offer you on this. However, we have applied a 10% refund on your order as a token of goodwill. Purchased an air filter, never heard of the company before but it was recommended to me. Wasn’t kept upto date with the fact there was none on the shelf, had to chase it myself to find out what was going on, and now that I’m trying to return the item I’m being told there is a restocking fee that I will be charged

Hi Ben, looking over your order, I can see you received an email the following day after you placed your order and the order was completed 5 working days after this. Black Friday is our busiest time of the year, with hundreds of orders coming through to us in a very short space of time, so we can only apologize that the order was not with you any sooner. Regarding the restocking fee, this is in place to prevent the company from being left with very specific items that we would find difficult to move on from our warehouse. Our suppliers would also charge a restocking fee if we wanted to send the item back, leaving us with no choice to put this procedure in place. Bolts supplied with brake lines were incorrect thread size, despite being sold as a straight swap. Due to the fact the original bolt was damaged on removal it has left me with no brakes and no car for the past week

Hi Harry, I've just taken a statement from our workshop team and they have informed me that your car underwent a visual inspection, before the brakes were stripped, cleaned and rebuilt. They even bled the brakes to see if that would help resolve any issue. Unfortunately, no issues were found on the discs or pads and the subsequent road test passed without an issue. You are welcome to get back in touch with us to allow our workshop team to investigate the matter further should you think an underlying problem still exist. However, the tests performed were thorough and passed all our checks. AETM

Worst company ever dealt with, order took 12 weeks instead of the 2 weeks that it should of. Constantly lied to on a number of occasions that the cage was being painted but in actual fact when it turned up it had no paint on it. Rude staff that Connor sort any problems. When it did finally arrive it didn’t even fit

I can appreciate your experience and delay with this order has been very inconvenient for you and for that I can only apologise on behalf of the company. Your order came to us during a very difficult time as the paint company were struggling for resources needed for the roll cage powder coating. This is not an isolated incident both inside or outside of the tuning world with Brexit and COVID having major implications on the import of goods from overseas. A prime example of this is the empty car showrooms. Car manufacturers are halting production as they cannot get certain components required to build new cars. The delivery of news cars is being pushed further and further back for many people across the UK. After speaking with my team, I have been made aware the team here were in constant contact with you regarding the delays, keeping you up to date on the situation through both phone calls and emails. A compensation package was also agreed for the inconvenience you have gone through with this order. I have also been made aware you requested the roll cage to be sent unpainted and that you were refunded the difference for the paint job. Our staff members have done all they can to both get this order out to you as soon as possible and keep you up to date with the situation. Purchased a scorpion 3” decat…. Received a vudu one, now this wouldn’t have been an issue however having fitted said product and after a week or 2 of use the bolts holding the decat to the turbo had actually melted! And by the time I actually realised it was only held on by 1 bolt!! A £130 purchase nearly cost over 1k I know this is a review of the sump plug but I’d rather review the choccy bolts supplied 😅

Replaced my phase 1 maxton splitter for the cheaper phase 2 without giving me a refund on the difference. Parcel was damaged on route and turned up with parts missing. Then found it near impossible to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Ended finally getting all the parts 2 weeks after initial order was supposed to turn up and missed 2 garage slots for fitting! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Take your money for an item they say is in stock then give you a delivery date 4 weeks later.. forget that you try to call and you get diverted to an email only form. I clearly emailed and asked you to cancel my order I even called my bank.. nothing sure enough my items arrived long over due so over due id purchased the same items from the producer them selfs who stated the item was out of stock but gave me a delivery dates of 2 weeks which I proceeded with please let me know your returns policy and no im not paying for the service thanks

To further my previous review. Just received the new part. They sent exactly the same part they did to begin with. And it was damaged. Not sure what kinda company they’re running but judging off their social and youtube it’s full of 15 year olds so this doesn’t actually surprise me. Avoid at all costs

Hi Alex, I do apologise for the delay and lack of communication. It’s been an extremely difficult time for the company over the past few months but with the lockdown easing we’re slowly getting staff back into the office. We’ve also hired a new customer service team member who started last Monday to purely concentrate on customer enquiries to get our customer service up to the standard it was prior to the government lockdown. I've spoken to you on email earlier today but just to confirm your order will be getting collected tomorrow and once it lands with us we can sort out the refund.

I am very disappointed actually!I understand that recent global events have conspired to delay the titting of my LSD but sending it to me instead of a refund is taking me for a fool,as it made no sense,I still may want a refund and will be getting in touch in due course.1 star

Had parts missing from both orders. First sent a email on the 12th of February its now the 3rd of March and still no answer. Its not good posting on Instagram every hour when it takes weeks to get a reply. Really a shame its put me off ordering anything else.
