Good parts but wasn't happy that you advertised the floor mats as having the floor fixings for both driver and passenger sides. I sent you emails to both sales & orders which I got no response. Won't be spending more money here if that's the kind of service you run.

Easy to install, does increase induction and blow off noise. However, would give P006A error often and put the car in limp mode. I’ve done smoke test for vacuum leaks and checked pump diaphragm. After swap testing with the OEM airbox, it is obvious this aftermarket induction kit is not compatible and it’s giving the error. One thing I have noticed is that the ITG maf housing I have received with the kit does not have the ITG logo like shown in the picture. Maybe I have received an incorrect part?

Great company and name but I ordered the part on the 27th of November and didn't receive it for another 2 weeks ....

I would put 5 but communication has been very poor as half my order has not been delivered for a second time now and when I emailed to find out why got told it was coming directly from turbosmart which is fine but have not received it a week later and no confirmation it is even getting delivered at all

Kit arrived on time but missing wireing, missing bolt no instructions Will shop elsewhere in future

Kept informed only because I kept calling and emailing. The product was great but the ‘3-5 working days’ turns to 2 and a half months. I get it may not be these guys fault but they won’t tell you jack unless you ring or email them. That’s not good customer service. 2* because I got quick responses.

Hi Aaqib, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. However, we are a little upset by the review you have left us. You mention a lack of communication, but I have all the email trails on your order page, that show the communication you received throughout the order process. I can see you were advised of an estimated lead time after you placed your order for which there is a note to say the customer is happy to wait for the order. I can then see a follow-up email with that estimated lead time of 20/6/23 in another email to yourself. Fast forward to 21/6/23, I can see you received another email letting you know the order was due with us the following day. Then on that following day another email to say that the order was ready for you to collect. I am struggling to understand your review as this email trail shows you were happy with the estimated lead time and that you were kept in contact all the way. Purchasing process was easy, however I’ve ordered my induction kit over a week ago “2-4 business days” and as far as I know it hasn’t even been dispatched yet

Parts took ages to arrive and had no emails to confirm delivery, the parcel was left outside the house so someone could of stole it.

The item was out of stock even though the website said it was in stock. This took ages for them to get in contact to change the order. They then asked me weeks later for extra postage. This ended up in my package coming months after it should have.

Pipercross air filter took over 4 weeks to arrive when it clearly stated on their website it was "in stock"..but obviously was not...poor stock level

A slow service and a surcharge system that leaves the customers vehicle off the road while waiting for a part to arrive as parts bought are not sent out until surcharged item is returned, not convenient to customers

Hi Tommy. We are struggling to understand this you ordered this part on the 23rd of June it was shipped on the 25th of June with DPD who left the following delivery notes for you. DPD Delivery Status Delivered (left in Shed/Outbuilding) Left in a Safe Place SMS & Left in a Safe Place e-mail notification sent its disappointing that you think this is a bad service and we hope you reconsider your review.

I recently ordered a Milltek non res catback for my fiesta ST and had nothing but issues. The milltek exhaust system being on back order which it did not mention on the website when ordering and after waiting a week i called to find out the ETA on the system and was then told that they were not expected til the end of the month. I then had another call with another later expected date they would get them in stock. I was then offered the option of a slightly different system to which i was told was in stock i would just have to pay an extra £20 or so and it would be out to me the next day, when i called to confirm it had been dispatched i was told they were no longer in stock and i would have to wait for the original system and when i asked for the £20 to be refunded i was then told it was not processed on the card machine but instead they had wrote down my card detials on a piece of paper, which is appalling, and so no money had been taken from my account. Over a month after i had ordered the system it finally arrived and i was happy enough with the product but feel the customer service was nowhere near what i would expect.

Decent looking geerknob but took 8 weeks to arrive. I had to constantly chase up myself because of the lack of correspondence from yourselves. I got told on several occasions that it would be with me by the end of the week, however after chasing them up the date got moved back again. Not a great experience overall.

According to the website I would receive tracking information for the exhaust but the first thing I knew about the delivery was a note through the door saying delivery would be attempted once more and then the item returned. I phoned FedEx and arranged for delivery the following Thursday and took the day off work but the exhaust never arrived and late in the day I phoned FedEx to be told it never went out with the driver. No reason why, it just didn't go out. The delivery was then arranged for the following day and this time it was delivered but the box was wide open and had to be checked that everything we expected was inside the box (it was). The exhaust is great and the instructions good and ability to phone for help is brilliant but badly let down by the delivery company!
