Great customer service and product is great. I was slightly disappointed that I wasn't made aware that when you state the level of petrol your car currently holds, VUDU without asking, create your map based on this fuel. I currently have 99ron in my vehicle but might, in an emergency, have to use a lesser-grade petrol. I asked VUDU if I could have a lesser-graded fuel map but they said it was an additional charge of £80. A shame I wasn't given the option of what grade fuel map I wanted. Yes, they give you a form to fill in but it asks 'Fuel currently in car (Octane & Brand):' To me, this is asking about your current fuel in the car and not asking what fuel leveled map you'd prefer. Misleading.

Hi Jack, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As you say, our calibrator only follows the software request form you completed, which is why we request the form to be completed when sending through your file. You have requested 99 RON fuel, as that's what is in the vehicle currently, so obviously we must follow the request form to keep your car running smoothly with the fuel in the vehicle. The price of £78 for a second map on your tuning tool may seem excessive but in context, a new remap file has a cost of £399 to customers, so to charge just £78 for a whole new calibration seems reasonable in our eyes. Good high quality products, but shame about postage which is a knocking point, paid 16 pound postage and has taken a long time to arrive.

My experience with this company was fantastic. Very helpful company and friendly when speaking with them. However I still haven't received my item from there supplier, the delivery company DX seems to have delivered my parcel to someone else with a different surname even though i provided my contact number that was never called either which would of rectified any delivery issues.

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’ve seen your experience with us on this occasion was not up to our usual high standards. Looking into what happened on the day with our workshop team, it looks like the team experienced some technical issues with the software, hence the delay in sending you on your way with the remap on the car. On rare occasions this can unfortunately happen, it's just unfortunate that it has happened on your visit to us! We hope the delay was worth it though and that you enjoy the extra power that the remap has provided as I believe it eventually made some good numbers :-)

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Stephen, we appreciate all feedback given. I can see that you placed your order on the 27th of October (2 weeks ago today) and we shipped this out to you a little over a week after the order was placed. I believe my colleague, Lauren, was packing your order and she was trying her best to make the package as compact as she could to avoid you paying an extortionate amount in shipping, whilst keeping in touch with you every step of the way. Going forward, we will ensure that this is dealt with more efficiently.

Happy with my exhaust although the customer service was exhausting. Taking days to reply to emails and not being able to ring up was annoying. I understand it’s hard with covid but still posting on FB and Instagram all the time and not reply to customers wasn’t great

Ordered stage 2 remap and decat received the decat but I’m still waiting to receive the map been 2 weeks and I’ve still not got it

Good company but received my rs slam panel and had a crack in it mainly probably due to delivery company but i sent an email last week and had no reply to me at all, had to make my own fix to repair the plastic just because of nothing back, but things like this happen But hey ho.

The products are brilliant, but the customer service could be better. More communication. I have an order outstanding at the moment that I have had to badger to get information on, if it had been made clear it would be out of stock earlier it would have greatly improved my experience.

Charged £10 for a delivery and the price on the paperwork was less. £220 item 1kg at most should be free delivery.

The order process is impeccable including the international shipping services you use. Keep it up. Your communications channels however is lacking compared to your competitors. Not all customers can call, therefore you need to give importance to other communication channels such as emails and Facebook messengers.

Paid £10 for delivery on some brake pads, they came 10 days later... and when delivered the box was smashed to bits and pads just in the bag... luckily not damaged.
