“Great customer service and product is great. I was slightly disappointed that I wasn't made aware that when you state the level of petrol your car currently holds, VUDU without asking, create your map based on this fuel. I currently have 99ron in my vehicle but might, in an emergency, have to use a lesser-grade petrol. I asked VUDU if I could have a lesser-graded fuel map but they said it was an additional charge of £80. A shame I wasn't given the option of what grade fuel map I wanted. Yes, they give you a form to fill in but it asks 'Fuel currently in car (Octane & Brand):' To me, this is asking about your current fuel in the car and not asking what fuel leveled map you'd prefer. Misleading.”

Hi Jack, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As you say, our calibrator only follows the software request form you completed, which is why we request the form to be completed when sending through your file. You have requested 99 RON fuel, as that's what is in the vehicle currently, so obviously we must follow the request form to keep your car running smoothly with the fuel in the vehicle. The price of £78 for a second map on your tuning tool may seem excessive but in context, a new remap file has a cost of £399 to customers, so to charge just £78 for a whole new calibration seems reasonable in our eyes. “The lads there we're great, fitted an ITG maxogen induction to my 300+bhp Focus ST mk3.5, cheeky bov fitted too...wasn't a long job & kept me fueled with chocolate & tea 🤣 10/10 service”

“Stood around for an hour - but had a chat ( and didn't get to scrounge a coffee.... ) Eventually got my exhaust system and half the hangers I needed to fit it. VW sourced the other parts required, still to get it fitted. Tried to sell me a Saker.... LoL”

“Still waiting for my original order I placed with them some 6 weeks ago and have had to chase 3 times and still no sign of my items - Very disappointing”

“Good overall however an additional £45 was requested for shopping. ..whilst it's in their t&c's, it should be made clearer at the time of checkout. Further nothing they should be aware of the items' size and associated costs if they're a stockist.”

“I would just like to thank Vudu for the amazing service I received once arrived I was quickly seen too and before I knew it car was pulled in to be worked on. The lad doing my car was a pleasant guy who chatted to me while doing the work and explain what they was doing with my car step by step even talked me through some of the other projects that were happening there. The map I had on the car itself is fantastic it’s such a massive difference and continues to pull a smile on my face every time I drive it. Service was fantastic, product is fantastic and will definitely be returning for future plans.”

“Purchased an air filter, never heard of the company before but it was recommended to me. Wasn’t kept upto date with the fact there was none on the shelf, had to chase it myself to find out what was going on, and now that I’m trying to return the item I’m being told there is a restocking fee that I will be charged”

Hi Ben, looking over your order, I can see you received an email the following day after you placed your order and the order was completed 5 working days after this. Black Friday is our busiest time of the year, with hundreds of orders coming through to us in a very short space of time, so we can only apologize that the order was not with you any sooner. Regarding the restocking fee, this is in place to prevent the company from being left with very specific items that we would find difficult to move on from our warehouse. Our suppliers would also charge a restocking fee if we wanted to send the item back, leaving us with no choice to put this procedure in place. “Visited AET/Vudu numerous times through 2023, firstly for a gold service and VP235 on my ST180, then for new brakes fitting, then another silver service and most recently exhaust fitting. Each time all staff were pleasant, all jobs done efficiently and never had an issue. Would recommend AET/Vudu for any work that needs doing.”
