“Kept informed only because I kept calling and emailing. The product was great but the ‘3-5 working days’ turns to 2 and a half months. I get it may not be these guys fault but they won’t tell you jack unless you ring or email them. That’s not good customer service. 2* because I got quick responses.”

Hi Aaqib, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. However, we are a little upset by the review you have left us. You mention a lack of communication, but I have all the email trails on your order page, that show the communication you received throughout the order process. I can see you were advised of an estimated lead time after you placed your order for which there is a note to say the customer is happy to wait for the order. I can then see a follow-up email with that estimated lead time of 20/6/23 in another email to yourself. Fast forward to 21/6/23, I can see you received another email letting you know the order was due with us the following day. Then on that following day another email to say that the order was ready for you to collect. I am struggling to understand your review as this email trail shows you were happy with the estimated lead time and that you were kept in contact all the way. “My car was booked in for a issue with brakes and the problem was not solved or fixed”

Hi Harry, I've just taken a statement from our workshop team and they have informed me that your car underwent a visual inspection, before the brakes were stripped, cleaned and rebuilt. They even bled the brakes to see if that would help resolve any issue. Unfortunately, no issues were found on the discs or pads and the subsequent road test passed without an issue. You are welcome to get back in touch with us to allow our workshop team to investigate the matter further should you think an underlying problem still exist. However, the tests performed were thorough and passed all our checks. AETM

“Very good. Had difficulty finding and ordering these parts. Submitted the order only then to be told they could take 6-8 weeks. So offered money back which was professional. They kept in touch with update and tracking as the tracking provided didn't work my end. Reliable service. Items arrived after 3 weeks. Box was damaged but parts were fine. Overall excellent parts from an outside maxton supplier which didn't come with instructions but not difficult to fix. Recommended.”

“Lady who answered the phone I do apologise I didn’t get your name but sent my flywheel and gearbox oil too me the same day I called up and asked as I was desperate that it hadn’t arrived as needed it to get my car done 2 days after I called and thankfully it came so cars back on road thanks for your help!”
