I use these films for prop making rather than for their intended use so all of the above are a real benefit especially as I'm generally cutting them into odd/awkward shapes.”
“Depends what you want. This film definitely is efficient. Forget the numbers and tests they throw at you. In the real world they mean very little. I compared heat transference through conservatory glass. Their Solar 70 tint film did very little if anything. This film showed an appreciable reduction in heat transference. In short, your conservatory will be much cooler. Set against that though, the mirror impedes vision somewhat. The Solar 70 could be looked straight thtough without much effect from the original glass. This film has an amount of back reflection so you will be seeing some of your conservatory contents as well as the outside. I am fitting the mirror film to the doors then maybe fitting blinds to the windows. Hope this helps.”
