“Opal white frost film:
My new puppy was constantly barking at the reflections in the glass lounge doors from the TV at night. Although you did advise it may not work for etched glass I ordered twice the amount I needed to experiment. I found if I only sprayed the glass there was enough movement to easily place the film in position. Using the felt tool that you provided for free I managed to work out all the air bubbles. The next morning it had all dried out and looks like the doors were made like it. You can still see the etching but no reflection at all now. Also, it has given us more privacy in our lounge as you cannot see through at all. Before you could see through where the glass was not etched. There is still light coming through so no dark areas at the back of the lounge. I am wondering what it will be like when the sun comes through in the late evening in the summer. I'm sure it will be lovely. I couldn't get over how easy it was to apply even my husband said you made that look easy. He kept telling me how hard it would be and I would need a professional but the price was great and worth the risk. We are very happy customers and would definitely recommend your product and would use them again. Thank you for getting it to me, at such short notice, before Christmas. “Arrived promptly and look great. However, the fitting guidance is for tinted car windows whereas our decorated film is clearly for interior glass. I fitted the first 2 self adhesive Victorian window film sheets poorly leaving bubbles when trying to align the pattern. They would have looked great if I had fitted them properly, but I’ll have to buy some more. Disappointed, that I didn’t do a good job.
We also ordered precut MX02 film sheets for other interior glass, but these don’t have a peelable backing and I have no idea how to fit them. I’ll contact Abode soon on that.”

The good news is that you liked the look of the films you had ordered but we are sorry you had trouble fitting the film. The Window Film fitting instructions are on the reverse of the Vehicle Tinting Instructions which we're sure would have made the fitting process easier had you realised and hopefully left you with a perfect finish.
The MX02 panels definitely have a finer clear liner that needs to be removed before fitting and we will contact you privately to give you further advice and discuss the issues you've encountered.

Please send a picture of what you have received with a tape measure alongside showing the dimensions and we will be happy to look into for you.

“Product was heavy duty and does the job but was very hard to apply, leaving wrinkles and bubbles even when applied by a professional builder with me (client) in support. Not sure if it's down to the product or the workmanship but it will need replacing...”
